Featuring an advanced and efficient airflow and exhaust system, the Pro- Cure dryer range is available in five belt widths with any length of oven for all ink systems. It also features dual lint filters to prevent lint build up in the dryer, which are said to “reduce cleaning maintenance dramatically and enables filters to be cleaned in seconds whilst the dryer is still running”. Designed specifically for dye sublimation textile printing, the Monti Antonio 76 is compatible with fabrics up to 250mm in width, and users can run up to four rolls of fabric at a time. “Due to the machine’s large 300mm diameter heated cylinder, users can produce up to 4m-5m of ribbon per minute – return on investment is extremely quick, due to the low investment and extremely high output,” reports I-Sub. With a one-size-fits-all platen, the new heat press allows the transition between cap sizes without having to change platens, as well as independently controlled upper and lower heated platens. “A new moulded platen also reduces creasing and scorching, and the heated lower platen makes it easy to apply patches and emblems,” explains the supplier. The heat press offers one- hand operation, as well as a wide opening for a heat-free workspace, and is capable of opening automatically to reduce the risk of over- application.
