Equipped with a 122cm wide heater, the dryer can cure up to 46 garments per hour DTG-printed with digital white ink at three minutes dwell time, 162 garments per hour screen printed with water-based ink or discharge, and 324 garments per hour screen printed with plastisol inks. The LittleRed X1D is also suitable for the curing of DTG pretreatment, promising greater production capacity with less operator attention, while eliminating the flattened, ironed-on appearance of heat pressed images. It’s equipped as standard with belt- to-heater clearance to accommodate bulky items, as well as a 168cm long X-Series conveyor belt roller tracking system with Teflon-coated fibreglass belt and dual digital controls — the first to rapidly attain optimum curing temperature, and the second to safely maintain the ink and garment at that temperature to finalise the curing process. The dryer also has a newly redesigned air mapping system, which pulls fumes and moisture away from the immediate environment, while providing airflow to cool the skin of the heating chamber for operator safety. Vastex light-, medium- and heavy-duty screen printing equipment lines include: presses in 1 to 10 stations/colours, athletic numbering systems, infrared conveyor dryers, flash cure units, LED exposing units, screen drying cabinets, screen registration systems, wash-out booths and utility equipment. Rockets ink temps up to 175°C in the first several centimetres and holds at-cure temps longer for the highest possible rates. Digital temp control of 3 height- adjustable heaters maximises efficiency for each ink type. Cure 1080 plastisol- printed garments/h, 555+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/h, and 185+ garments/h inkjet printed with white ink. 46-, 76-, 137- and 198-cm wide models. The machine can print at a maximum resolution of 600 x 1,600dpi, and is equipped with two primer stations (one for white T-shirts and one for coloured T-shirts), four dryers and four presses. This set-up enables users to print 300 pieces per hour, reports I-Sub, adding that, “Roq Now’s pretreatment system avoids the traditional marks associated with most DTG machines, assuring the quality of each print”. The printer’s proprietary software ensures total automation, defining which of the primers to activate, depending on whether you’re printing on dark or light fabric, and then determining the correct sequence of flash and pressing to produce a perfect print. The Roq Now offers a fully automated workflow and can print 300 pieces per hour
