The latest innovation from VAL is custom-made Duoviz reflective transfers. These are described as being ideal for the decoration of cycle jerseys, jackets and shorts, rusksacks and many other biking accessories, as well as school outerwear and workwear. VAL launched the new transfers in response to a growing demand for safe bikewear, following the big increase in the popularity of cycling during lockdown. The new Duoviz transfers are available in a choice of 10 colours, including black, white, silver and fluorescent hues, and are intended to “add safety to your message and brighten up both the day and night”. Dorotape: Poli-Flex Turbo Poli-Flex Turbo film, part of the Poli- Tape range of digital print heat transfer vinyl, “combines the quality of Poli-Flex Premium with super-fast heat pressing times – as little as three seconds”, reports Dorotape. Available in 35 colours, including neon and metallic options, the transfer film is designed with quick application and versatility in mind. With heat press temperatures as low as 130°C, the Turbo range can be used on a variety of textiles, such as cotton, polyester and nylon, and offers a brilliant level of stretch that’s perfect for activewear, adds the company. Offering a printable alternative, Image Flex Turbo is a soft white film that has all the features of the coloured Turbo, whilst offering excellent print quality. “These films really are the perfect all- rounder for any garment decorator looking for speed, flexibility and quality,” comments Dorotape. The eco-friendly, water-based transfers are Oeko-Tex certified, and promise superior stretch and 60+ washes. Stahls’ Cad-Cut heat transfer vinyls are also available, with over 100 new colours. The range includes Flock, Sportsfilm Extra, Metallic, VeganOK Glitter and High Build 3D. Available to pre-order, the Hotronix 360 Fusion IQ Hat Heat Press has a 360° print area that enables users to print the front, back and sides of a hat without removing it from the press. UltraColour Transfers are water-based and Oeko-Tex certified Dae Ha UK: Shimmer Flex and Premium Glitter Dae Ha UK’s exclusive Shimmer Flex advanced glitter heat transfer vinyl creates a shimmery effect when your design catches the light. Available in 20 vibrant colours and patterns, including rainbows and animal prints, it offers an alternative to Dae Ha Premium Glitter if you prefer a smooth, stretchy transfer with a more subtle effect, and is also “incredibly easy to cut and weed”. Premium Glitter provides “a stunning deep sparkle effect for head-turning designs” and its “unique manufacturing process is designed to ensure durability, with no glitter loss wash after wash”, reports Dae Ha UK. Made from real glitter flakes, the textured Premium Glitter film is available in 41 different colours, and can also be used for sublimation.
