The heat press features a slide-out, cast aluminium platen measuring 42x42cm, designed for maintaining consistent temperature from as low as 80°C to 220°C. It also has a 3cm tolerance for thicker substrates, as well as a touchscreen LCD digital controller, adjustable pressure and three interchangeable platens. It incorporates an easy, quick- change mechanism for the optional platens, which include a 15x50cm sleeve platen, 15x25cm platen for bags and holdalls, and 10x10cm platen for chest logo application. The HTP123 Pro comes with a one- year warranty on all parts, and a 10- year warranty on its cast aluminium heat platen. TMT also offers its MagiCut heat transfer vinyl range, including 123Flex and 123Flex Premium, which are available in over 40 colours. Great for sportswear and performance fabrics, both products can be applied at temperatures as low as 120°C to reduce any scorching or marking. In addition, the company supplies printable Soldark and SubBlock products for use with eco-solvent print-and-cut solutions available on selected printers from Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh and HP. Available in 500mm, 750mm and 1,020mm lengths in 25m rolls, these products offer full-colour transfer production with outstanding durability on all textiles and garments. Screen Print World: SPW heat presses Screen Print World (SPW) supplies a range of heat presses with a variety of different specifications and an option for all budgets. The SPW 6080 Heat Press is a manual clamshell-style press with an automatic, magnetic release. It features a microcomputer with an intelligent LED touchscreen, temperature and time integrated control, as well as an automatic temperature tracking function. The SPW Magnetic Release Heat Press with a magnetic, automatic release, slider and a high pressure platen is also available. Offering a 225°C temperature accuracy, the press features a separate digital time and temperature control to effectively ensure the uniformity and stability of the heating plate temperature, explains SPW. Designed for high-volume commercial output, the CE7000-40 will process materials in a width of up to 560mm. It features the latest Version 8 of Graphtec’s proprietary ARMS optical print-and-cut detection system for optimum plotting/ cutting accuracy, a USB interface, LCD touchscreen control and 2MB buffer systems, as well as an advanced barcode function to accommodate multiple jobs without operator intervention. The CE7000-40 is supplied with Graphtec Pro Studio and optional Cutting Master 4 design and production software, with plug-ins for CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator users. Part of the Silhouette family of cutters, the latest Cameo 4 is said to be designed to offer a major advance in wireless desktop cutting technology. Ideal for small start-up companies, craft enthusiasts and home hobbyists, the cutter will process media up to a width of 304mm. It is supplied with a Silhouette Deep Cut blade attachment and has a cutting depth capability of 2mm. The Graphtec CE7000-40 cutter will process materials up to 560mm wide
