The Business Banking Resolution Service (BBRS), launched last December, is urging businesses with outstanding banking disputes to see if they are able to apply for support using an online tool at thebbrs.org/can-we- consider-your-case/. It offers specialist resolution services for disputes dating back to 2001 and is particularly encouraging business owners with older unresolved complaints to use the service, with a deadline for historical complaint applications of 14 February 2023. It is estimated that nearly 600,000 UK SMEs could qualify for the BBRS’s services, including those that have closed down, merged or been sold. The BBRS is non-profit, fully independent and free to use. The process is overseen by chief adjudicator Alexandra Marks, a deputy High Court judge, and BBRS says it resolves disputes based on what is fair and reasonable for each case. imagesmag.uk/banking-disputes Follow us on Twitter @imagesmaguk Supacolour reduces minimum order quantity Corby-based Supacolour UK has reduced its minimum order quantity after the Supacolor Group opened a fourth international facility for its heat transfer products. The company has responded to “surging” demand by expanding through setting up a second US factory in addition to its three existing ones in the US, New Zealand and Corby in Northamptonshire. Because of Supacolor’s increased production and fulfilment pipeline, it reports that it will be able to offer more services and new products. This includes the reduction in minimum order quantity from 20 to 10 internationally, including the UK where it is distributed via PenCarrie. Supacolor has also brought back its Supafast service, which means it will manufacture and ship its proprietary heat transfer products straightaway. imagesmag.uk/supacolour-moq Supacolour UK produces heat transfer products The deadline for historical banking complaint applications is 14 February 2023
