Users are also able to log on to the HP PrintOS app to view the very latest status of their system, check the ‘health’ of the printer, install new colour profiles, and more. “Minimal operator interference, coupled with low running costs and an attractive purchase price, means the HP Stitch Range should absolutely be on the horizon for anyone looking to get into the dye sublimation market or expand their current operation,” adds R A Smart. The HP Stitch S300 comes with end- user replaceable print heads Sabur Digital: DGI Hercules and Diferro MP-Series The DGI Hercules 1.9m-wide sublimation printer offers decorators an excellent entry point into wide-format sublimation, says UK and Ireland DGI distributor Sabur Digital. The Hercules offers users a maximum print speed of up to 97sqm/hr in its standard twin-head configuration — it’s also now available as a modular single-head machine with the ability to upgrade to twin-heads at a later stage. This offers the user an even lower price point into the wide-format sublimation sector, adds Sabur Digital, without having to compromise on print width, and is accompanied by a full 12-month Gold warranty. To complete the sublimation process, the company also offers the Diferro range of calender presses, with options from entry-level to industrial.
