Our Team We’re responsible for our team’s health and wellbeing, ensuring everyone is safe both on and off site. We also offer training and development opportunities, and promote a good work-life balance. Our Partners We’re responsible for ensuring we work closely with our brand partners and suppliers to have all the information you could need relating to production, manufacturing, supply chain, materials and workforce. Our World We’re responsible for reducing our carbon footprint. We have over 2,550sqm of solar panels installed at PenCarrie and reuse all boxes from our suppliers where possible. Our Fundraising We’re often involved with fundraising charity events. Team PenCarrie are always prepared to get their trainers on or apply the face paint to help raise money for a good cause!
