Available in three print sizes, the Cyclone has a pinpoint registration of <+ 0.02mm and is “capable of speeds in excess of 1,000 pieces per hour”. “It has an individual, horizontal screen lift on each print head, plus optional built-in LED lights integrated into the print heads.” The automatic screen printing press features standard solid high-grade lightweight CNC aluminium pallets with a unique tool-free, quick-release system. The Cyclone has an HD touchscreen interface incorporating advanced features, a simple set-up and full machine self-diagnosis, with various high-speed digital hybrid options, as well as ‘auto-start’, ‘stop’, ‘sample’ and ‘rotovate flash’ programmes. Other features include a load delay foot pedal and twin chopper squeegee pressure cylinders with tool- free adjustment. The Cyclone includes an automatic, high-lift screen system that provides easy screen cleaning access and loading of flashes into any print head position, adds Adelco. The Cyclone has a pinpoint registration of <+ 0.02mm, says Adelco Vastex International: Conveyor Air Bar The new Conveyor Air Bar speeds up the cooling of screen-printed and inkjet-printed garments, accessories and hard goods as they exit a dryer’s heating chamber, explains Vastex. “This offers a simple way to increase productivity by rapidly cooling and hardening hot ink that’s soft or tacky, making printed garments and hard goods easy to fold or package. “The Conveyor Air Bar houses tightly-spaced mini fans providing uniform airflow across the printed item, and is angled outward to avoid blowing cool air into the heating chamber. “It’s adjustable in width to fit most popular conveyor dryers, and is also height-adjustable to accommodate thin to bulky textiles, as well as hard goods.” The CAB-30 model has five fans and adjusts to fit any Vastex dryer with a 76cm-wide belt, or any other brand of dryer with an exterior conveyor width of 84-99cm. A CAB-30-240 model is available for 240V systems. The CAB-54 model has nine fans and adjusts to fit any Vastex dryer with a 137cm-wide belt, or another brand of dryer with an exterior conveyor width of 144-160cm. For 240V systems, there is the CAB-54-240 model. Vastex’s Conveyor Air Bar comes in two widths
