It has an improved automation functionality, and is designed to effortlessly handle registration with other hybrid add-on solutions. Users can also easily save and recall screen printing settings via Aeoon’s in-house app. Customers can book a livestream demonstration of the Kyo Hybrid Series at Aeoon Technologies’ new innovation centre in Austria. Screen Print World: Spot-On Inks, EZgrip Squeegee Screen Print World has extended its Spot-On plastisol ink collection, now offering a variety of press-ready, intermixable plastisol coloured inks. “The Spot-On range offers brilliant bright colours that are easy to mix and print on manual and automatic presses. They are super opaque, and perfect for printing onto dark garments.” Designed by a printer for printers, its new squeegee, the EZgrip Squeegee, features a unique holder that’s engineered to totally change the way a screen printing squeegee works, explained SPW. “The upright handles make pulling or pushing easier than ever, and provides a comfortable grip.” New washout booths are also available, which are manufactured from galvanized steel and so are twice as thick as similar units, added SPW. “This makes your washout booth far more rigid, and ensures it has a longer, more productive life in your print shop. “They have very few exposed rivets, making the inside of the booth snag-free and less likely to damage your valuable screens. The entrance of the booth has also been softened with bent over corners, so you don’t rip any screens.” SPW says it has also launched a new redesigned dip tank to make it even easier to reclaim your screens. “Designed to save you time and money, without the mess of traditional reclaiming methods, without hazards and without toxicity, this system will make your screen fabric look like new.” The M&R Copperhead range is also now available from the company, which it says “auto-balances squeegee pressure for extra precision and better print quality, and has lightweight honeycomb pallets. “The range also has liftable print heads, making them super easy to clean, and they’re available in two or three colours with a built-in flash cure.” The Spot-On plastisol ink range International Coatings: FlexCure Cool White 7022 Ink Part of the FlexCure collection, Cool White 7022 screen printing ink is designed to provide a flexible curing range from 135°C to 163°C. “A low-cure, low-bleed ink that’s creamy, fast flashing and opaque, Cool White 7022 prints equally well on automatic and manual presses, and the resulting prints are soft, supple and offer a natural drape.” It promises superior performance on a wide variety of substrates, from cotton to 100% polyester, and can be used on hard-to-print synthetic items, such as nylon bags, non-woven polypropylene and polyester sheathing. “Even when cured at low temperatures, Cool White 7022 prints are stretchy, don’t crack or exude any oily residues, and maintain their durability through multiple washes.” Cool White 7022 is compatible with the company’s standard cure plastisol inks, including its speciality and special effects inks.
